How it works

Three gates stand between a rendered video and a delivered one.

Every video Certireel renders runs through the same three machine checks before it is delivered — or charged. A verdict that isn't a clean pass on all three fails the job honestly, with a plain-language reason, and nothing is charged for a failed attempt.

01

Fidelity & mechanism

A video judge model compares the finished reel against the product photos you provided. It checks that the product on screen is really yours — or, for a deliberately stylised reel, that it is still recognisably the same object rather than the same picture — that it is shown working the way you said it works, and, whenever the presenter is shown speaking to camera, that the voice and the mouth line up.

What the failure card shows
  • “That's not quite your product.” — the product shown didn't match your photos.
  • “The product works differently than shown.” — the mechanism axis failed.
  • “A moment in this video isn't physically real.” — the physics axis failed.
  • “The voice and the face don't match.” — the lip-sync axis failed.
02

Claims & policy

The finished video is transcribed and the spoken words are checked against a fixed list of banned advertising claims — the same list that backs the free policy checker below. A seller who has ticked the “this is my own product or story” box is allowed first-person testimonial language; health, body-change, outcome, and authority claims still fail regardless of that box.

What the failure card shows
  • “The script crossed a policy line.” — names every flagged phrase.
03

Script match

The transcript is compared, line by line, against the script the video was actually asked to speak. A voice that skips a line or improvises fails the gate. One free re-transcription runs first, since a first pass can occasionally miss a trailing line the audio genuinely contains.

What the failure card shows
  • “The voice went off script.” — lists which line(s) went unspoken.

A job only becomes a receipt, and only then burns a credit, once all three gates above have cleared in the same attempt. See what counts as passed for the receipt itself.
