1 · What this covers
This disclosure explains how Certireel uses artificial intelligence to produce advertising videos, how those videos are labeled, and what that means for you and your audience. It applies to every video, still image, and caption delivered through the service.
2 · Videos are AI-generated
Every video Certireel delivers is generated by AI. Keyframes are painted from the product photos you provide; motion, voice, and delivery are synthesized. No physical filming takes place.
3 · Presenters are not real people
The presenters in Certireel videos are AI-generated personas. They are not real people, do not endorse products, and are not based on any identifiable individual. Private casts on the Pro plan are likewise fully synthetic.
4 · How videos are labeled
Delivered videos carry embedded provenance metadata identifying them as AI-generated, and each delivery includes the disclosure text required by the destination platforms. Where a platform provides an “AI-generated” toggle or tag, our caption pack tells you to use it.
5 · What we check before delivery
Before any video is delivered (or charged), machine gates verify that the product shown matches your photos, that it is shown operating the way it actually operates, and that spoken and written claims comply with the current advertising policy pack. The policy pack version used is recorded on your delivery receipt.
6 · Your responsibilities
You confirm that you hold the rights to the product photos and materials you provide, and that your product listing is accurate. You remain responsible for complying with each platform's disclosure requirements when posting.
7 · Platform disclosure rules
Platforms differ in how AI content must be declared. Our caption packs include the per-platform disclosure line where one is required at the time of delivery, checked against the same policy pack as the video itself.
