Data Processing Agreement

1 · Scope

This page describes how Certireel processes personal data on behalf of a business customer using the service, and lists every subprocessor that touches that data. It supplements, and does not replace, the Privacy Policy.

Account data (email, name, sign-in identifiers), workspace data (the products, photos, and videos you submit, and the videos and captions we generate), billing data (handled by Stripe), and operational logs kept free of personal information beyond what is needed to run and secure the service. See Privacy §1 for the complete list.

4 · Retention

Workspace data is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion of a workspace at any time, which wipes its products, media, jobs, and receipts, keeping only the billing records the law requires us to retain. See Privacy §5 for the full retention rules.

5 · International transfers

The subprocessors above operate global infrastructure; data may be processed outside your own country. Each is bound by its own data protection terms with us, and we choose subprocessors that meet the same obligations we hold ourselves to under Privacy §6.
