Terms of Service
1 · The service
Certireel generates AI advertising videos and captions from product information you provide. Every video is machine-checked against your product and an advertising-policy pack before delivery. These terms are an agreement between you and Certireel; by creating an account you accept them.
2 · Credits and billing
Videos are paid for with credits, purchased one-off or granted monthly by a subscription plan. A credit is burned only when a video passes all gates — failed videos are never charged. Credits expire 60 days after they are granted (Autopilot plan credits roll one extra month), and overage past a plan's included reels bills at that plan's per-reel rate. All grants, burns, expiries, and refunds appear in your workspace ledger.
3 · Refunds
A failed video costs nothing, so it needs no refund. If a charged video turns out to be defective for reasons on our side, the credit is refunded automatically to your ledger. Credit decisions are made within 48 hours; subscription fees for an unused, unstarted billing period may be refunded at our discretion.
4 · Acceptable use and blocked products
You may only submit products you have the right to advertise. We refuse, at intake and without charge, products in blocked categories: weapons and weapon-framed items, regulated health products, adult products, and products that infringe third-party intellectual property. Borderline products may be held for human review. Attempting to evade these checks is grounds for account termination.
5 · Your content and our output
You retain all rights to the photos, videos, and copy you upload, and grant us a licence to process them to provide the service. Subject to payment, you own the delivered videos and captions for your commercial use. Videos are AI-generated and labeled as such — see the AI Disclosure.
6 · Honest output
Certireel never fabricates reviews, testimonials, endorsements, or customer counts, and does not offer formats that impersonate real people or brands. Gate results and failure reasons are reported to you truthfully; gates cannot be bypassed.
7 · Liability and availability
The service is provided “as is”. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for platform decisions about ads you post, though our policy gates exist to reduce that risk. Support first-response time is 24 hours.
8 · Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 14 days in advance and continued use constitutes acceptance. Questions: hello@certireel.com.
