How credits work
· Burn only on passA credit is spent the moment a video clears all three gates — never before.
· 60-day expiryCredits last 60 days from grant. Autopilot credits roll one extra month.
· Overage at pay-as-you-go ratesPast your monthly included reels, extra reels are bought at pay-as-you-go rates — $15 a reel, or $22 for a reel + reaction bundle.
· Fails never chargeA reel that fails our gates is never charged at all. If a charged reel turns out defective, write to hello@certireel.com and we re-render it or return the credit.
